Service Agreement
• The term of the initial plant maintenance contract is twelve (12) months. It can be cancelled thereafter with a thirty (30) day written notice.
• Rented Plants and Pots will remain the property of Workplants, Inc. and may hold client liable for damage or loss.
• You are renting all the plants and pottery (unless you own the pottery). They are property of Workplants, Inc.
• Our guaranteed service includes, but is not limited to; watering, cleaning, trimming, fertilizing & insect/pest management. Before the plant begins to look distressed, it will be replaced with a plant similar in variety and original height right away at no additional monthly charge.
• The above guaranteed maintenance portion becomes void if there is damage to the plant material by things beyond our control such as; Temperature extremes above 80 or below 60 degrees; Theft; Catastrophes such as fire, freeze, explosion, flooding, etc..; Accidental or Malicious damage or not providing access to service plants.
• Please don’t let any person other than a Workplants employee care for the plants.
• Payment terms are net thirty. A 5% fee may be added to overdue balances.
